March 11, 2026I moved into The Jewel this past November. My experience has been nothing but great. Maintenance is always so fast, residents are super friendly, and the leasing office staff is always very kind and helpful. Honestly, the only real issue has been with outage of the elevator and the vehicle gate. It’s obvious they are resolving these issues as soon as possible. overall great.Review from Apartments.com

Love living at The Jewel
February 28, 2026I love living at The Jewel in Santa Rosa Beach, and I can honestly say it’s been the best experience so far. From the moment I toured the property, I knew this place was something special and it’s exceeded all my expectations since move in day. The apartments are stunning,modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I love the high ceilings, natural light, and high end finishes throughout. Everything is brand new and incredibly well maintained. The amenities are top-tier and make every day feel ...like a resort getaway. The pool areas are gorgeous, the fitness center has everything I need, and the shared spaces are always spotless and inviting. But what truly sets The Jewel apart is the staff. They’ve been warm, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way. From my first phone call with Cameron to move in and beyond, they’ve gone out of their way to make me feel at home. From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully arranged, and thoughtfully stocked with the little things you don’t realize you need until they’re there. The space was cozy but still open and relaxing.. a very calm atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. What stood out most was how peaceful and safe the area felt. The kitchen had everything needed to cook real meals, the bed was super comfortable, and the overall vibe was welcoming without feeling cluttered or impersonal.
