We love the attention to detail and customer service. The trash pick up right outside your door, the saltwater pools and clean upbeat vibe. The staff is truly helpful. I also love 24 hr access to the clubhouse. We are just moving in.

Wonderful apartment complex, the staff have been so welcoming and accommodating. They were a huge help when relocating from out of state. Highly recommend this apartment complex. I been living here for over a year, and it feels like living on vacation. The pools are very beautiful, everything is clean and organice, staff is very polite and nice. Theres events all the time, which is super fun. Totally recommend living here. Pet friendly with a pet area and a pet spa with everything you need to wash your pet.

We just moved in and so far we have had a wonderful experience. The application and move in process was so easy! The move in process is completely online, and the office staff were always available to answer any questions. They provided a straight forward cost quote that made it easy to understand total costs. The apartment was spotless, and maintenance was there within hours to help with minor issues. This is only our first week, but we have had an amazing experience so far ??

Move in was relatively seamless, management staff did an okay job explaining all the systems and apps that are necessary to use all the amenities and features. Had to return to the management office more than once to get assistance setting up home systems.

I absolutely love living at The Jewel! ?? The maintenance team is outstanding—they’re always out working on the grounds, and it really shows how much pride they take in keeping the property beautiful.
