Making Fairbanks Home. Welcome to Jillian Square Apartments, located on Davis Road. We are situated on the west side of Fairbanks, conveniently located near shopping and dining. We offer one and two-bedroom apartments in a wide array of floor plans and styles. Unfurnished and furnished units are offered at lease lengths ranging as low as three months up to fifteen months. Your new home includes large floor plans, walk-in closets (in most units), on site laundry facilities, courtyard with a playground, assigned parking, and 24 hour on-call emergency maintenance and office staff for your convenience. We accept fish tanks up to 55 gallons and caged birds only. Please feel free to stop by and visit with our friendly onsite management team, no appointments necessary. There are a lot of floor plans to choose from and the staff definitely works with the tenants. It is rather quiet most of the time and we have had no problems yet. Only problem, there's only one laundry room in each building.

I am in the military along with about half of apartment complex. Jillian Square is a decent place to live, it's right down the highway from Ft. Wanewright. When you sign up for the ptp packet or preferred tenant program there is no down payment and 3% off of your monthly rent. Also if you sign up for a year lease you get free cable. The only thing i would change is for there to be washers and dryers in each room

The apartments are spacious and decently priced for what you get. There are different renter deals occasionally such as free cable for a year or $100 off rent when you sign a year lease which is pretty nice. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The walls are thin but there's a no tolerance noise policy and so the neighbors are quiet.
