Do not rent here!! they took 2 and a half weeks to get back at us about our background check [which should only take 3 days] that was after my husband had called and texted the manager several times to see what was going on and When they finally answered they couldn't give us a direct answer and he told us he would call us back when he finally did he said that me and my husband's income both did not reach the amount that it should be I don't see why if my husband makes over 4200 a month I work ...

part time as well. They basically just lied to us to get us to apply for the apartment and take our $80 for the application fee. They wasted our time we could have been applying for different apartments. So be smart and Dont waste your money with Jonathan's place they are the most unprofessional management I've ever had to deal with.

The management team found that one application was submitted to an unrelated property. The mix up was discovered after contacting the screening company to search for the second application. I have been a tenant for over 5 years. The location is perfect for max/bus users. Quiet and convenient for going to Fred Meyer and walking the track at the golf course.
