October 30, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe building is lovely and the people are great. I like my apartment. The view is awesome and the location could not be better. However, I used my heater for the first time and it caused my smoke alarm to go off. Not great. Also, The dog area can be super gross. folks are not picking up after their dogs. But what is the worst are the back stairs. The stairs are caked in pee and poop. Most of the black marks are from old dog urine. I know because I've had to step over big pools of pee on floors ...two and three and urine dripping down the stairs multiple times. I have seen them turn into gross dried urine marks and poop stuck on the steps. If the stairs were power washed and cleaned up it would be muuuch better here.Read More
