I have lived in 2 different apartments here and I love it here. The property manager is responsive and friendly. I have great neighbors who look out for each other, I feel safe and the property is well maintained. Whenever I need a service call they are prompt and friendly.
During the winter the lots are plowed in a timely manner and periodic upkeep is maintained including lawn mowing and mulching of areas around the complex.
Rent is reasonable with apartment amenities are just what I need. I ...

I moved out about month ago. We received 5% of our security deposit back. I have been reaching out to the leasing office for roughly 4 weeks and have not gotten a response. I have called not once but up to 3 times a day to try to get ahold of someone and I even emailed many of times. Finally got ahold of Jen the manager and I asked what happened to the other 95% of the deposit. She told me it was for cleaning fees and a black stain that was on the ceiling. 2 weeks before moving out I had talked ...
to Jen and asked her what she wanted done she said nothing just leave they will take care of it. The black stain was from a leak in the roof which maintenance was made aware of and they said they "fixed it". They fixed the leak but not the damage and now want to charge us for it!! The 3rd party they use for the water service has been over charging us for months and will not fix it.

This property is owned by Landers Management. They do not plow the parking lots, they do not answer maintenance requests, and do not return calls or emails. There is no upgrade or upkeep of anything and if something breaks it is never fixed yet you are paying a premuim in rent. They allow any number, type or weight animals contrary to their policy. Loud dogs that bark are never taken care of. Dogs run around with no leash. Children runaround unsupervised at all times of the day and night. There ...

I have lived there for 17 years. Up to 10 years ago I would rate a 5 since it has gone down hill bad time. Our roof leaked so bad we had streams of water and bubbles under the paint. I was promised a new roof in fall but then it was not approved. On top of that new neighbors moved in that believed the rules we all sign with our lease did not apply to them. My roof leaks in both rain and snow, and has for years. The only way I was able to get ANY kind of response from the management was by calling the parent company, i.e. the people who sign their paychecks. No email or voicemail is responded to, there is never anyone in the office, and everything screams that the management DO NOT CARE about people who live here. Terrible place run by terrible people. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I previously lived at Jordache Park Apartments prior to buying a home. Everything was always very clean and the sense of community was great. Really loved the fact that it’s pretty much a circle of its own community where kids can play and people can walk without a ton of traffic. Apartments are nice and spacious inside with good grass area to enjoy outside. As an added bonus...Lugias is within walking distance for the best ice cream around!

I moved from Florida this past July be close to family. I could not have made a better apt. choice. Several months ago, a NEW complex manager took over, along with a new maint. staff. They are doing an awesome job -------------- working overtime to take care of residents & apt. service needs. I have not had any real main't. issues, but the little things that needed to be done were taken care of FAST!!! I have a beautiful 2nd floor apt. -----2 bedrooms---2 full ...
bathrooms-----------garage-----etc.
It is a very quiet location but so close to stores, malls, expressways, etc. So very easy to get anywhere.
With all of that said, I could not be happier with my apt., the apt. complex manager, main't staff, etc., etc. Would not think of moving anywhere else !!!!
