UNHAPPY
January 29, 2023Literally moved in 10 days ago after living in my old place for the last three years and have already received 2 noise complaints about my dog crying when I have to leave to run errands. Its NEVER for extended periods of time or during quiet hours as me and my wife work opposite of each other to avoid leaving our dog who we love like our child home alone. I don't understand why my neighbors can't come talk with me instead of making complaints. I would be able to explain that it takes more than 10 ...days for a dog who has lived in their previous home for 3 years and 2/3rds of her life more than ten days to adjust. Its very inconsiderate and we have started off on the wrong foot. I have called to speak with the office about both occurrences immediately after being notified just to be told repeatedly that "they are doing their due diligence by informing me so I can remedy the situation" followed by if we have 3 complaints in 6 months which we currently have 2/3 they will have to escalate it to their legal team. Which is very unhelpful!! Its supposed to be a welcoming community that is dog friendly but apparently, I chose the wrong unit and got stuck with the WRONG neighbors.Property Manager Responded

RATS!!!
August 7, 2020There are rats everywhere on the property and the management does nothing! Maintenance is a joke, been here 5 years and we’re still waiting for things to be fixed from when we moved in...many of which I’ve had to fix myself out of my own pocket. You pay a fee for “beautification” of the property as part of your lease, but the landscapers are horrible and the grass it horrible there is damage from dog urine everywhere that is never repaired. The exercise room is a joke and half of the equipment is ...broken or out of order.Property Manager Responded

Bye bye deposit
May 1, 2018can’t find enough places to ad my review to warn people of the management. They never follow through on anything. Be warned. No matter how well you keep your apartment, you will be charged for normal wear and tear. They charged us for painting the entire apartment including the trim for absolute normal wear and tear. Happy to provide pictures of our place to anyone. You’ll never see any of your deposit back. You’ll basically be charged for them to get it ready for the next renter. They ...expect you to leave it as though no one ever lived there. That’s not normal wear and tear. People should be charged for damage, not for living. In my opinion, they are super dishonest and they steal your deposit by any means possible.Property Manager Responded

Dissatisfied
December 13, 2017Lived here 3 years and have had so many problems. Maintenance is horrible, still waiting for item to be fixed from the time we moved in. There is a bird infestation that leaves toxic dung all over walk ways, which then gets tracked into carpeted apartments and they do nothing about it. They just changed to a new management company and they never respond to messages or complaints and since the switch the populous of the community has gone to crap, people smoke weed right outside my bedroom window, ...people don’t have their dogs on leashes or pick up their poop, theft and damages run rampant and the noise past 10pm during the week is insane. No Places for parks if come after 9:00 pm also when ask for carports they don't offer any
October 24, 2017it is really painful if come after 9:00 pm no parks ,you can stay for more than 15 min and no parks available also when ask to carports they say no carports available while you find there is empty ones not used ,also a lot of dogs and you can walk in grease it is totally unclean ,also the stairs is also unclean .Review from Apartments.com
Great Overall Experience at Jory Trail

The salt water pool is a great summer amenity and the work out room has everything you need. Absolutely no parking!
May 5, 2017The parking here is a complete joke. No assigned parking multiple residents with more cars than people and an over abundance of covered car ports that cost $40 a month. Also garages are $100 and people don't park there they use them for storage. Decent Enough
September 23, 2015Its an apartment, typical apartment living. Floor to floor noise, not enough parking, nice amenities, lots of dogs on the property, etc. Expensive but housing in Oregon is expensive these days.
