This application process with Vera was a breeze, the application itself was online and was a fill on the blank kind of format and very easy. All documentation was able to be Uploaded and verified within 2 days. Great communication overall. Really excited to be moving in to this property.
Rips you off for application fee

Will give up your apartments to other applicants and keep your applicatin fees. Very poor managements. I tried calling the realtor for an explanation and they didn't solve my problem. They told me because I agreed to pay the application they have full authority of the fee with no accommodation. Will never I mean NEVER apply for this complex and relator. Pay the whole fee and didnt get any apartment. Worst experience ever! Don't waste your time and money.
