    I have been a resident of joule la Floresta for some time now and have seen a couple of management staff rotate through. This particular team with Deanna, Hillary , Sandra and Nef are the best. Always very helpful and really try to create a family environment in the complex.

    Living in a Joule apartment home has been great. We’ve been here over three years and it’s always clean and well maintained. The staff (Sandra, Hilary, Deana, and Nef) are helpful, kind, and responsive. Beautiful apartment and facilities and a great location.

  • A Place Worth Returning To

    I lived here in 2018 initially, then moved back home to go back to school. Moved back here a year-and-some later. When I came back in, the new staff, Sandra especially stood out and she’s been helpful time and time again. I’ve now lived in three different units in this same complex and have had great experiences in each.

    I toured the apartment three times with Sandra at the leasing office, and she was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining every detail about the apartment and its facilities. Whenever I called or emailed her with questions, she responded promptly and professionally. I was so impressed by her exceptional service, and I just moved into the apartment last week. I absolutely love my new home and neighborhood. A big thank you to Sandra for all her help!

  • Great place to call home

    I am 2 1/2 years into living here, still love calling this place my home. All of the shops stores, businesses, and restaurants right across the parking lot is an amazing convenience. The facility is well kept, and the amenities are exactly what I need. The staff has been very responsive, appreciate the recent help Sandra just provided me, Nef, Deanna and Hillary are always helpful too.

    Amazing apt spaces with lots of natural light, clean and beautiful amenities, and super dog friendly! The location is unbeatable - the complex has everything you need, from fitness studios to restaurants to Whole Foods! Staff is also friendly and cares about community-building.     Living at Joule has been nothing short of amazing. I started looking at this building last year and probably asked Deanna and Hillary enough questions to qualify for an honorary leasing license — but they were absolute gems. Kind, patient, and always on it with answers. When I finally moved in, I was welcomed by Sandra and the undisputed MVP, Jonis. Seriously, Jonis is the GOAT. Warm, professional, and just the kind of person who makes you feel like you picked the right place instantly. I don’t ...
    know what magic he works, but it’s appreciated. The apartment itself is bright, open, and gets the dreamiest natural light. Maintenance is always on top of things — fast, friendly, and efficient. The gym is my second home — I’m there about five times a week and never have to wait around for equipment, which is a major win. But the real hidden gem? The rooftop deck. It's the perfect chill spot, and catching the Disneyland fireworks up there at night? Feels like a private show every time. Oh, and Taco Tuesdays? Yeah, I might be unreasonably excited every week, but that food truck is so worth it.

  • Amazing Apartment!!

    I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and I love it here!! ALWAYS clean. The sky lounge is so beautiful, pool area is always relaxing and the gym is always CLEAN! The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. Sandra is so sweet and always helpful with anything I need. Definitely would recommend living here!
