Cheaply made apartments, everything is stained and ruined easily from the floors to the windowsills to the cabinets and kitchen appliances. Absolutely nothing in the surrounding area - it's literally just a commuter hub with busses and the PATH. Unsafe area and not great to walk around at night. Lived here for two years and we've been dealing with loud construction that wakes us up every morning from day 1 - even though the leasing agent told us we wouldn't hear any construction. ...doormen as well and a mail room because they constantly refuse packages and make you wait hours to pick up your packages - would rather not deal with doormen at all and just get my packages myself. Also, zero flexibility or empathy with rent costs during a pandemic, but easily found out through the building website that they were renting the same size and even larger apartments than mine for MUCH less for new renters. Would never recommend this building or area to anyone. Look in downtown Jersey City instead.
