    I love how quiet these apartment homes are. The office staff and maintenance are on top of everything! Heather handles everything and anything with urgency. This is by far the best place I have lived. I enjoy my neighbors and everyone is polite and respectful.

    WORST PARKING EVER. The covered parking is something you need to pay extra for each month. That part is fine, however, there are so many covered spots that people pay for but they don't use. They park in an uncovered spot. So not only are they occupying a covered spot that can be used by someone else, but they are also taking up the limited uncovered open spots. They get two spots when most people can't even get one.

    There's homeless all over in the back of the units in the complex digging through the trash. The units themselves were remodeled not sure if they hired people on their first day but the units are awful cabinets hanging off the walls missing fixtures oh and the staff is just as bad new person in the office every time I go in

I moved into a unit couple months ago. as soon as i signed the lease the office staff acted like I had the plaque. maintenance is a joke, the manager makes up the rules as she goes along. there aree bugs in my apt. the pool is dirty. and yesterday there wasw a homeless person sleeping in between the buildings.     The Westcorp management team is the most unprofessional management company i have ever seen.The grounds are terrible under their care, When I moved in they decided they wanted to up my rent by nearly $200 a month after doing renovations they claimed weren't mandatory but they were going to charge me the extra amount whether I had them done or not. Even with the improvements and renovations, this complex is not nice enough to charge what they are to rent a one bedroom unit. Especially ...
    considering you have to pay sewer, water and trash on top of that as well as pay extra for a reserved parking spot, all things that a lot of the rival properties include in their rent. Also, for all the improvements they've made the one big one they consistently overlooked was the gates to the complex which have been non-operational and sitting wide open for at least the last two years now.     This apartment complex is the best, we wanted to move here because our daughter lives here too, she has been living here for over a year, and when we went to apply to get into the apartment, the staff was so very nice, the person who helped us was Tanya, she was so sweet and very accommodating, and the area where it is, has just about everything you might need, from stores, to fast food and restaurants and even a mall, and one other reason we liked it, because it is much closer to our jobs, on 15 ...

    The management has changed 3 times in our 2 years at this apartment. At first it was alright, then it was horrible, and now it's pretty good. Currently, the staff is really nice, but it does take a long time for things to get fixed. The rent is very reasonable and it's in a great area.
