        Excellent maintenance and management, but very dirty and smells bad. It is very difficult to get management to follow up on complaints about other unit hygiene and leaks from the roof.

        Have been here since BEFORE the property became Judson Pointe, STILL here because I enjoy it QUITE a lot. The leasing staff and maintenance work VERY hard to make things comfortable and pleasant for the residents, I see this consistently and as much as I can, I do my best to tell them so, show appreciation for it and to do my part to cooperate with them and to respect my neighbors. THAT is what builds and sustains a GREAT community!

        Just moved in and had some things needing to be addressed for maintenance, within a few hours of giving notice, the request had been completed and maintenance cleaned up after the fix leaving no mess. Super quick to respond! Office staff is very kind and approachable

        Everything has been great. Any issue has been addressed quickly. From move in to this date, I have not had one complaint. The maintenance staff, Gus in particular, has been very attentive to my request. The staff in the office were very knowledgeable and helpful when I had a question.
