Close to everything and wonderful building

Great location, great building but new management needs coaching
June 28, 2024Great location and building, but new management falls short of luxury standards. Frequent building-wide scolding emails create a negative atmosphere. Amenities like the coffee machine are often unavailable or delayed, despite being part of our high rent. Management's approach feels more directive than collaborative, diminishing the overall living experience. Hope to see improvements in service and community engagement.Review from Apartments.com

Best place I've ever lived!!!
February 2, 2023Not much to complain about really...Dog park can get a little messy, but that's about it. Front office staff are always there to greet you with a friendly hello, and a smile, and are very attentive to the tenants needs. Great resident events, where all of the residence can get together, mingle, and have a good time. The maintenance staff is top notch, very helpful, and always friendly. If your looking for a nice, clean and safe place to live, then Jules is for you. Hands down, this is the ...best place I have ever lived!!!Property Manager Responded

IMO Jules is has one of the best locations in Boise.
November 4, 2022I have been living at Jules on 3rd for more than a year. The apartment (I have a two-bedroom) is great. My wife and I left our house in the suburbs to move close to downtown, and it was the best decision we have made. I prefer our place at Jules to our old house by a mile. I don't use the pool as much as I would like to, but I am a regular at the gym. There is plenty of equipment to get a good workout, IMO. I love the kettlebells and the rope machine. I need to also mention the location. I ...live on the 2nd street side of the building. I can take the back elevator down. Then it is a very short walk to Winco or Whole Foods. Trader Joe's is just about three blocks West. And even the Boise Co-op is within walking or biking distance. I also love how close we are to restaurants, bars, and tap houses. Mother Earth is just downstairs. Boise Brewing is two blocks. Prost, a personal favorite, is about a ten-minute walk. The greenbelt is basically across the street. And from there the entire city opens up. I have a car but don't use it much. I guess I am saying that for me, Jules is a great place and a great place to get connected to Boise's excellent downtown living experience.Property Manager Responded
