Good Community
August 28, 2024I lived in the Juliana for 6 years and enjoyed my time there. Once Bozzuto came in to manage the building from Greystar, changes started occurring throughout the property to improve the amenities ie. the courtyard. The staff is friendly and responsive. June 11, 2024The apartments are pretty spacious and have a great layout. The kitchen is sizable and the appliances are in great condition. The shared courtyard is very nice and makes the complex feel more "suburban". It is a little far from the PATH, but very close walk to the bus stops for commuting into the city.Property Manager Responded
