Overall, my experience has been frustrating mainly because of the condition of the apartment at move-in and how slowly maintenance requests are handled. Several basic issues that should have been addressed before a new tenant moved in were still present, including damaged window screens, missing or unfinished bathroom fixtures, and knobs hanging off the wall. Even a simple bathtub drain issue took over two weeks to resolve.
The biggest concern, however, has been the ongoing roach problem. ...
Between the pest issue and having to repeatedly follow up on basic maintenance, the apartment did not feel properly prepared for a new tenant. The property has potential, but the move-in process, maintenance response times, and pest control need significant improvement.
