Valet trash, never comes to pick up the trash and they are scheduled from Sunday-Thursday. People put their trash in the street because valet trash never comes to get it, making the community look super dirty. Mind you they charge us $25 a month for the service that rarely gets done. The car wash amenities are never working either. You are paying for the service but can’t even wash ...your car or use the vacuum/air. Everything here is a prop. April 8, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe staff of the property are liars and scammers. The experience working with them for over a month in efforts to secure an apartment was a nightmare. Intentional delays in the application process, daily avoidance from the leasing agent, no returned phone calls. An overall experience that lead to forcing us to withdraw an application then having our money kept! 45 days later and still no refunded money, no contact from management, no contact from the leasing company.Property Manager Responded
