June 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comProblems never get resolved. You will have the same issues going on for months, maybe your entire time living there. Valet trash, never comes to pick up the trash and they are scheduled from Sunday-Thursday. People put their trash in the street because valet trash never comes to get it, making the community look super dirty. Mind you they charge us $25 a month for the service that rarely gets done. The car wash amenities are never working either. You are paying for the service but can’t even wash ...your car or use the vacuum/air. Everything here is a prop. They make it look good but these are literally the worst apartments in Smyrna. Save yourself the time and just look elsewhere. It’s not worth it!!!!!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Intentional delays in the application process, daily avoidance from the leasing agent, no returned phone calls.
