February 21, 2024They didn't do the proper pest control for the property, cockroach is everywhere. In their mind, rent is on the top of everything. The insulation is very bad in each unit. AC didn't fit the size of the room. you can find the better one in the area.Review from Apartments.com
Maintenance is always unavailable. Poor quality.
June 1, 2023A family member is a tenant there and has had a broken toilet going on for 2 months now. The property managers are happy to collect her rent but refuse to help out with the maintenance of the apartments. The tenants are paying high rent and the apartments are in poor condition, it's disgusting.Review from Apartments.com
