This place is awful
March 8, 2024This building and grounds are disgusting. Management is nonresponsive to issues. Packages consistently get stolen. Elevators break down regularly. My latest discovery is that the printer in the "business center" does not even have a power cord. Please find another place to live.Review from Apartments.com

August 16, 2023Valet trash is regularly missed, the elevator goes out frequently, the carpet in the halls is gross, DO NOT have anything shipped here because it will be put into a package room that everyone has access to and apparently we live among thieves, parking for visitors is an absolute nightmare, maintenance requests have taken weeks to be completed, the gates and doors are often broken, there have been multiple leaks throughout the building and the leasing agent is terrible at her job and does not ...follow through. July 18, 2022I have lived here for over a year now and Ms. Koko and her team are the best, she is very proactive and if its within her control she fixes it instantly. it is a hidden gem in a great location and the amenities, pool,club house , coffee station, offices are always spotless. I noticed the library has been upgraded to accommodate more working spaces. I am really impressed, the complex is always at max occupancy hence we have a parking challenge especially when there is a party or after 8PM but Ms ...Koko still managed to squeeze in additional 4 slots.when I moved it, it was managed by IMT and I found one of their staff very ill mannered, and its notable that everyone on this team are awesome, charming and very helpful , even when I'm out of town I comfortably call the leasing office and they are gracious to help. Bernice had food trucks Fridays, valentine soiree, etc. Adrik has a special Margarita recipe for margarita nites. you won't regret choosing this place! if there are cons, the pros outweigh them! 2 years.. I LOVE IT!
May 15, 2022I moved here under the old management IMT and they were awesome! Fast with maintenance repairs, clean common areas like the gym and game room area. Valet trash is a plus too! Now under Juniper Management, I also haven’t had any issues. They are quick with questions, always have food trucks for activities, and such a dog friendly apartment complex. Great apartment, the worst management
January 19, 2022This apartment was managed by IMT, it was great! Quick maintenance and nice communication. In 2022, they changed to Juniper as the management team, troubles coming. The maintenance guy won’t wear masks when they stepped in your apartment, and it tools forever to get your maintenance request filled! The Best Decision I've Made
July 30, 2019I have lived here for almost two months, and I still haven't found anything wrong with the place. Before moving in, I had made a spreadsheet of 23 properties in and around the Sandy Springs area that were similar to this one, and ranked them based on reviews, prices, safety, and amenities. IMT Sandy Springs beat all of them. The property is great, but my favorite part is the amazing leasing staff. Leasing staff can really make or break your experience, and I've had really bad ones before. I moved ...here from Dallas for a new job, and working with Angelica made applying and moving in so easy. There were no surprises or hidden fees at all. She was friendly, patient, and quick to respond with information. The minor maintainance requests I have had were quickly resolved by a great team, and I had a particularly great experience with Tony. Pros: - It's quiet - I always find parking - The gates and exterior doors require a key fob to enter (very secure) - The property is kept clean As stated before, in the month and a half that I've been here, I haven't found any cons. I will update this review if I come across an issue. I know choosing a place to live can be stressful, but I'm very happy that I chose IMT Sandy Springs.Property Manager Responded
