A Growing Atmosphere of Indifference

This rating could change in the future because this apartment complex has so much potential. It is less than 2years old. Design concept nice. But the future is looking dreary due to the management not enforcing their own rules and not policing the property en toto. The trash bins and surrounding area of the bin is sickening. Bags just thrown everywhere, contents spilling out and reeking. More bins might help but won't solve the problem of tenants who drop the bags outside the bins even when ...
they're not full(or send their children who are unable to dump the trash properly). Then you have tenants who have dogs in their apartments that park day and night (very little sound insulation). There are children who are unattended and acting out. Dangerously playing ball etc, in the parking lot. Playing loudly in the hallways when they should be taken by parents to a place they can play without disrupting the peace and calm of other people. The staff has been congenial but I believe they are stretched thin and are unable to do follow through on issues brought to their attention. If you bring an issue to them you are at best met with an air of helpless indifference or told to call the police for matters that really shouldn't be passed off to law enforcement but handled proactively by the management. Only one maintenance person! Geesh!! that's deplorable.
