A Growing Atmosphere of Indifference

This rating could change in the future because this apartment complex has so much potential. It is less than 2years old. Design concept nice. But the future is looking dreary due to the management not enforcing their own rules and not policing the property en toto. The trash bins and surrounding area of the bin is sickening. Bags just thrown everywhere, contents spilling out and reeking. More bins might help but won't solve the problem of tenants who drop the bags outside the bins even when ...

they're not full(or send their children who are unable to dump the trash properly). Then you have tenants who have dogs in their apartments that park day and night (very little sound insulation). There are children who are unattended and acting out. Dangerously playing ball etc, in the parking lot. Playing loudly in the hallways when they should be taken by parents to a place they can play without disrupting the peace and calm of other people. The staff has been congenial but I believe they are stretched thin and are unable to do follow through on issues brought to their attention. If you bring an issue to them you are at best met with an air of helpless indifference or told to call the police for matters that really shouldn't be passed off to law enforcement but handled proactively by the management. Only one maintenance person! Geesh!! that's deplorable.

was very excited to move into an apartment for a very affordable price. Finally out of my parents house (You know that feeling). Got into my apartment and felt a good feeling about it (as so it feels). Of course the other buildings are still beaing built and so theres alot of construction noises which is understandable. i felt like the exterior and floors are a bit thin. After a couple days i noticed you can hear people walk and drop stuff above you which makes the floor and walls shake and ...

along with a big noise to it (witch scares me at times cause its so sudden) now if your not on the top floor then you will understand if you have noisy neighbors. The problem that i have and adressed to the office is the people above me are loud walking on there heels or as if there wearing heels. They stomp around. They drop stuff around very late at night. Yes i understand people go to work early in the morning but dosnt mean you have to let the people underneath you know that your awake. They are very inconsiderate. Anxiety attacks everyday, very stressful. Its not getting any better. Love the apartments, management needs a bit more help and organization, ameneties are nice, interior and exterior are fantastic. Balconys are spacious nice storage closet. Great fixtures inside units. Other then that this apartment complex is nice, new, and clean!

The hours posted are not accurate, have been trying to get a hold of the people managing this place for days and they are never there. Saturday they closed early, Sunday they were gone, as expected, TODAY had my girlfriend go over at 9, no one there. She left for work. I went at 10, no one there, I left for work. Came home on my lunch, all of them left for lunch at the same time. They ask you to jump through more and more hoops after promising no, we won't ask for more paperwork from you, no we ...

will definitely turn these in on time so you won't lose your apartment we promised you for the 3rd time, but they can't even stay open long enough to accept the papers they demand of you. Also, it's very poorly lit at night.
