Do not be fooled by the pretty interior and fancy amenities because Juno Winter Park is not luxury living. You will pay a hefty price to live in a glorified party complex with parties occurring all days of the week, and a management team that does not take any responsibility in resolving the ongoing noise issues. ineffective since the security officers are dispatched to various apartment communities in the area. As a result, the security officers do not arrive in a timely manner, meaning the parties go on for hours, keeping other residents awake. After calling the security company on several occasions and making complaints to the front office staff, we are still dealing with disrespectful neighbors on a consistent basis. More recently, we were directed to call the police. The office staff and management team are now making this our responsibility to resolve the noise issues, compromising our ability to get a decent night of sleep. So once again, do not be fooled by Juno Winter Park. Complaints are not taken seriously. Management does not respond to issues. Residents are allowed to behave in whatever manner they see fit. Plus, you will be paying way too much money to live in a community that prioritizes filling units over ensuring a quiet and peaceful place for their hard working residents to live.
