Horrible
June 6, 2024Pool has been closed for 2 months now. No response from management. Keep hearing promises it will be open, its 100+ outside. Your paying premium to have "Premium" things like a working pool which does not exist here.Property Manager Responded

Friendly staff
September 26, 2023In the entire time I have lived here at KD Place apartments I have been welcomed every time into the office by friendly professional staff. If I had any questions or concerns, always felt comfortable addressing it with them. The leasing agent Rose is super friendly and a joy. I personally have had a pleasure getting to know her. Think before you rent from here
September 12, 2022I was super excited about moving into my newly renovated apartment. Everything was going to be brand new, new paint, new appliances, new floors, new carpet, and new counter tops. I moved in and instantly issues started arising. Cabinets were not installed properly and the ones that were secured were crooked. Then I have drawers falling apart and I put back together myself. Then as I thought things would get better I was sadly wrong. The sink was not installed properly and everything I had placed ...below was completely soaked. Then I had maintenance come over and they stated it was fixed, I guess I knew I should had double checked before using it again because it definitely was not fixed and pipes were not even reconnected. I turned on the water and it immediately started flooding again. Once again maintenance came to fix it and finally it got fixed. I was once again like this will get better and once again I was wrong. I kept getting sinus headaches and couldn't figure out why until I opened the a/c unit and seen the filter that looked like it had not been replaced in over a year. I mean newly renovated and you didn't even change the filter. Then on top of that I found out the wash machine was only connected to hot water and I realized this after it shrunk my brand new clothes so small only a kid could possibly fit. Then once again I find that the bathtub was just painted over and never properly cleaned. I found this out due to the paint starting to peel and mold appeared from behind absolutely disgusting. Then when you call management it is made to feel like I'm a nuisance for bringing up the issues and that I am annoying them. So if you want to be show any type of sympathy for the issues definitely don't go see any of the office staff. Then you try to call corporate and no one ever answers the phone. So I will say be very cautious when renting from here and make sure you double check everything because they will try to put the blame on you.Property Manager Responded

Just move somewhere else

Very fast responses, very detailed, she went above and beyond and out of her way to make me feel comfortable with an apartment showing me 2 options. She went out of her way to FaceTime me and go into details. August 10, 2018There are too many comparable places in the greater Las Vegas area for you to waste your money here. The office staff is lazy, disorganized, unreliable and does not care about inconveniencing customers. If you are looking to move there, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. Oasis bay
September 17, 2015I just moved here and I love it l! My very first apartment and I'm glad I went with oasis bay ! So close to my job and the strip. The manger is so nice and helpful, the pool and gym is 24 hours. Which I love since I get off work so late.Review from Apartments.com
