July 16, 2018We lived here for a year and we moved in with some friends to cut rent, but we absolutely loved our time here and we miss it very much. If we every move out of here, we would consider Kachina again. Angel and Trinidad are wonderful and the community is quiet and safe. Maintenance requests are taken care of same or next day and they keep the community very clean and kept up. I would recommend!Review from Apartments.com

December 16, 2016What a great place to live! The grounds are well kept and my neighbors are quiet. In the office, Angel is always there to help and maintanace is always quick and efficient. The rates have gone up on my renewal but it has proven to be worth it. I have a friend at a complex nearby and although where she is at is considered "luxury", the place is full of problems. I have also heard of places switching staff members all the time and I hope that never happends here.Review from Apartments.com
There Are Worse Places.
July 30, 2015My family moved into Kachina Apartments around 3 years ago, and it was pretty different. The management team was super friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew responded quickly and got the job done and done right the first time. The grounds had big beautiful trees everywhere and we loved living there. Since then, the rent has gone up almost two hundred dollars, trees have been cut down, the landscaping is a mess, management has changed hands at least twice, and in order to get anything ...done in your home, it would seem you need to make several calls to maintenance to get their attention.
