The phone request that I make about my lawn not being watered do get a quick response. but after 2 weeks of good daily (evening) watering the grass won't get watered for a whole week leaving one side green and the other side dark and dry.Review from Apartments.com

February 16, 2026We really enjoy living here. It’s quiet and peaceful! The maintenance department and staff are truly over the top, always responsive, professional, and excellent to work with. It makes a huge difference knowing that any issue is handled so quickly and with care. The home itself works very well for our family, and overall we have been very happy. Our only real complaint is the number of stray cats and chickens outside, which can sometimes be a nuisance. Thats Hawai’i though…Other than that, ...we’re very satisfied and grateful to live in this community.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2025I absolutely love living here. I've been here 3 years and it's a great neighborhood if you have kids/teens. Plenty of space for them to hang out in campus and things to do to stay out of trouble such as gym, basketball courts pool etc. The office also hosts movie nights, festivals and arts and crafts for kids to make gifts for special occasions such as mothers and fathers day.Property Manager Responded
