Don’t move here
January 2, 2022Management is terrible. They will definitely tow your car for no reason, even if you are a resident with a pass. Your visitors have to PAY to park 24/7. I’ve been waiting on a washer/dryer for over 6 months now. They sold me lord when I moved in.Property Manager Responded

Mold? Poor management
June 6, 2021The master bedroom in our apartment has mold not just any mold black mold. first we tried cleaning it but it keeps coming back. Management leaves an hour to an hour and a half early than the office hours posted. And doesn’t answer callsProperty Manager Responded

poor management & fire hazard
February 2, 2019My daughter rented an apartment on a month to month lease when moving from long Island NY in August of 2018. After being told by Ginger that she need only give about a weeks notice before leaving she in fact gave a weeks notice. After months of back and forth phone calls and emails requesting her $300 deposit between Ginger and Linda(supposed property manager) I became involved and was told Ginger normally doesn’t do month to month leases and didn’t know exactly what she was doing and since she ...only started in June at this property she clearly didn’t know how it worked with month to month lease. Linda advised us that Ginger also shouldn’t have given a key to my daughter prior to herself or the regional manager Lisa Foley being present to approve the lease. I have left messages to discuss this unorganized leasing and holding of my daughters $300 with Lisa Foley’s secretary Sue and in her voicemail box, it seems that no one would like to make things right since there own employee made the error of details given. In addition based on state law when a request is made by a tenant that the fire alarm is not working the facility has 30 days to correct the issue, this facility never did, not only did they not correct it but it was dated 2008 as the last inspected date. Having had a fire which could have caused many lives lost they should be on top of at least that. Shame on them!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
So happy to turn in our keys!
September 6, 2018We just recently completed almost three years at Coopers Ridge now Kannan Station. We were not happy or pleased with the treatment we have received. The office manger was only nice when she was getting things from us. We were in the process of buying a house and had our 1 month notice into the apartment. When our house fell through we when back to try and get our apartment back and were told tough luck that we couldn’t get it back then made up reasons not to give us any of our deposit back. They ...made it sound to us like they were doing us a favor after we paid over $1000 in fees. Needless to say we were ticked.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 9, 2017I absolutely love this apartment complex. Considering its my first apartment on my own. I love the area and the fact that its secluded. I actually wanted to move into a 2 bedroom and the process of transferring was super easy! the only thing I would say is the spacing for the 1 bedroom is a little small but its not that bad especially if its literally one person moving there. I just personally wanted more space because I have a lot of stuff for one person. The neighborhood is pretty quiet for the ...most part and the staff is super nice and helpful! Apartment Community leaves a little to be desired
November 28, 2013I explored this community and even though it boast of a lot of ammenities, it gave very little in return. management made promises it couldn't keep and even though it says it doesn't do certain checks in your background...My background is perfect...It didn't live up to what it proposed.Review from Apartments.com
