From the entrance to the beach, it is relaxing to see houses with beautiful features of everything growing along side the road and in between the houses are beautiful native trees providing canopy shade. I would highly recommend this community for those who are seeking to have good times and experiences at the beach. Prolly the beach is the main attraction in this place. September 12, 2025This was an amazing place to live, the community itself is great, everyone is friendly but did notice some questionable people started moving in and crime has picked up a bit but management has been non responsive and we feel ignored. September 8, 2025Haven't really had any major issues but just the communication with the office and resident manager that needs to have some improvement. August 29, 2025From the very first day we moved in, I’ve enjoyed every aspect of the property—the privacy, the sense of safety, and the free access to the gym, lounge, and pool. I love the calm and freedom at the beach, along with the food trucks and restaurants that bring the place to life. August 23, 2025Super dirty home at move in. Lease started on July 24th. Leasing office knew we would not be moving in until August 1. Upon arrival at home place was super disgusting. Floors were never cleaned, counters were dirty, lizard poop everywhere. Just bad. We called to notify them and they didn’t try to make it better.
