The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located near the beach—making every day feel like a vacation. The views, walking trails, and access to the water are unmatched, especially for families or anyone who enjoys outdoor living. The staff has been outstanding. A big thank you to Jarred for helping resolve issues quickly and efficiently—he’s always professional, kind, and responsive. Maintenance requests are ...handled promptly, and the team genuinely cares about keeping the homes and grounds in top condition. The neighborhood feels safe, the amenities are great, and the sense of community is strong. June 9, 2025It's very good. The house is clean, spacious, and has lots of storage space. Bugs get in and there are some minor issues that I've reported, but they don't come to fix yet. But we can live here and are very happy. There's a partially enclosed lanai and a large lawn in the back, which creates an open atmosphere and is great for letting children play. The surroundings are great. Being able to walk to the park, pool, gym, ocean, and elementary school is the best environment for people without a ...car.Property Manager Responded

May 20, 2025The amenities and location are great. The housing itself is hit or miss. We love our unit and neighbors. The management is not great bc of parent company. Maintenance is difficult to get ahold of but our unit was newer so we haven’t had much issue but we hear about it from our neighbors. It’s an Ewa beach home.
