Horrible experience, locked out of my apartment due to negligence on the Kapolei lofts maintenance team and then get called and berated by the after hours maintenance worker.

This will be my second time renting with the lofts. I absolutely love it! Although I’m currently awaiting approval, my first time at the lofts the place was spacious. My neighbors were also quiet. I do wish that the parking situation was a little different but.

Our community is safe, the staff is amazing, a gym to work out, especially in our 80s and we always look forward to coming home to our comfortable home. If it wasn't for the great staff, maintenance people, gardeners and all who have contributed to making our community what it is today.

There’s nowhere else on this island I would rather rent from. When you mostly only see dirty old townhomes/condos here, with no amenities like AC or laundry, it was a huge relief to find a real modern apartment complex like you see all over the mainland. Ohau needs more places like Kapolei Lofts.

Total experience is nice except parking spaces entirely to close if you can fit in the spot without hitting the cement pole and the car next to you it is hard to get out no room. The stairwells are not kept clean and smells in between the cleanings. Other than that it has been a good experience.

I have always had a fear of cats since I was little and I have about 5 cats that hangout in my patio area that’s something I don’t like. My experience with the staff has been overall great. But I would hope someone would take time into mopping the floors when new people move in because mine were disgusting.
