    Good apartment, pretty expensive, clean area. We wish there was some sort of dog park or area to play some. Overall we like it and wouldn’t leave but it could improve

    I locked myself out on the official day of moving in and I called the after hours service for assistance. Followed the instructions and left a voicemail message. Received a call back from the maintenance team within minutes of my call. After the phone call back from the maintenance crew it only took them no more than ten minutes to come out and assist me with my situation. BRAVO ZULU to the maintenance crew.

    I have been here at Kapolei Lofts for three years. I love living here! The facilities are well maintained and having access to a beautiful pool and well equipped gym is such an added bonus. AND our maintenance crew and front office is outstanding.

    I genuinely love living at Kapolei Lofts. The amenities alone are fantastic, but it is also located in a great spot in Kapolei. So close to multiple grocery options, more than one hotel option just across the road for friends and family to stay at when visiting, and walking distance to the local elementary school.

    I really like the area where the apartments are located. The place looks nice and safe. Would like to have a recycling bin like in other apartments that I lived in, but other than that, everything is so nice here.
