I am in the market for a new apartment, and despite my hesitancy with moving across the river, I was really drawn to this location.
After viewing it, I have to say I’m a little disappointed. The pictures are very deceiving. I’m not sure what building or what units the photos were taken from, but the unit I saw neared no resemblance to what was represented in pictures. What I was shown was a very standard looking apartment, nothing worth moving across state lines for.

I lived in this complex for a few years. I really enjoyed my time there, especially having underground parking and central air. Most rental units in the metro have wall AC and detached parking so it's a treat to find a building that offers both. The building is part of the Kassenborg Properties and close to retail and restaurants (Rustica, Moxie Java, Riverzen, and Joni's Salon). Across the street from Woodlawn Park (a favorite frisbee golf destination).

location, I had to knock it down to four stars as the utilities were quite expensive. The renter pays for everything (water, heat, electric, garbage, sanitary, recycling, etc.). It was typically well over $100 a month, and much more than that in the winter. My bedroom window was very drafty. I hung window film to try to cut the draft and put up thermal curtains but it was still very cold. I heard many of my neighbors had similar issues so just be prepared to factor in the utility bill into your budget. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay there.

Located in the middle of Fargo/Moorhead along the Red River allows for a large range of activities/restaurants within walking distance. Jogging/biking trails a few steps out the door as well as a disc golf course.Underground parking is included in the rent and especially nice during winter. Solid brick construction means you will almost never hear your neighbors on the same floor. I have never had any problems with management in 3 years here. Had to take one star away due to the high rent ...
