The area is great the apartment is nice but they have a cockroach problem! At least the building I was in. It was a big disturbance for me but other than that overall it was a nice place to stay at.

Living here has been a wonderful experience so far. It is located near the Hanscom AFB so you can hear the planes sometimes but otherwise the community is quiet.

This apartment located in good place and it is clean and well maintained but there is big issue related to noise sealing.
I can hear and disturb with walking of my neighbors in upstairs and even my lamp light intensity change by walking my neighbor above my apartment.
I am so disappointed about this issue.

I love living here. It's a wonderful community. Management is very attentive and kind. The location is great. I live very close to work so I don't have a long commute. The best part is that the grounds are kept in great condition. We don't have to worry about snow in the winter.

I like living here a lot! Good neighborhood, neighbors, amenities and maintenance. The recent smart home amenity is convenient. The location is convenient for me personally. All the appliances in my apartment were new when I moved in and I really liked that.

Living at Gables has been a good experience. I would recommend this community. Large nice space. Very safe feeling and environment is very homie, nice woods. Neighbours are friendly. Dago is very nice and supported me and help me solved any problems I had.

Great location. Close to 95 and the center. If you love walking, there are so many walking trails near by. Close to the grocery store and shopping.
