The variety of activities offered here keeps things interesting, and it's a great way to meet new people. Ryan and Jake from the Experience team are exceptional—they're always friendly, helpful, and make sure everything is running smoothly. It's truly been a great place to live!

I came to Kaufmanns from another apartment community in the city and with how my experience with the last community, I was a bit nervous. Amazing Staff, Amazing Building!

I love living at Kaufmann's so much! The staff is top-notch and are always willing to go above and beyond. Ryan and Jake throw the best events, Samantha, Hannah and Nicholas are always so helpful in the office, Christopher, Tiffany and Kim are the best at the front desk, and Greg and his maintenance team like Larry, Fitz and Water are so helpful and responsive. If you need a place in downtown PGH, look no further than Kaufmann's!

Great Place to live

Kaufmann's has slowly become home to me over the 2 years that I have been here. Staff members like Jake, Chris, and Ryan at the front desk genuinely know your name and care about you. There are lots of programs in the evenings and I have met some great neighbors and friends at the ones I am able to make. The leasing office is generally helpful with knowledge, especially with questions i had regarding setting up my utilities in the beginning. The building has typical issues that you'll run into ...
with any apartment complex, but the amenities and resident events more than make up for it. The rooftop pool in the summer might be worth it alone

Great place

Kaufmanns is a great place to live. The events are off the charts and there are always so many of them to keep you busy and meet people and most have alcohol of some kind and good stuff too! Most other people that live in the building are pretty great- there are a few Karen's but i just avoid them. Been here for almost 2 years and Ryan, Jake and Samantha have always been so fun to interact with- never a dull moment with them or the building.

Literally the best Resident Events!

I moved into Kaufmann's Apartments a couple of month ago. In all of my other apartment communities, the events sucked. The events here are actually great! People attend them and the other residents are fun! I have done trivia, chili cook off, a flower bouquet making event and I can't wait for Tarot reading!

Downtown Oasis

The Kaufmann’s Grand is the place to be! The amenities are great; free fancy coffee in the morning, dog park, music room, 24 hour concierge, resident parties and activities, rooftop pool, Target in the basement… what more could you ask for? Being able to relax on the rooftop after work gives you a little break from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It’s perfection. Jake, Ryan, Christopher, Kimberly, and especially Quinn. They take care of me, they love my dog. What more could you want?!

Best Apartment in Pittsburgh

This is the best apartment building I’ve toured and been to in Pittsburgh. Concierge like Jake always welcomes you in and take his time to have a chat with you and ask about your day. The amount of events they host here at Kaufmann’s you won’t find it else where, the leasing office is full of lively and the friendliest people. Cannot complain about a thing being a resident here

Big issues at this property . I wold not recommend. No one gets back to you. They have an excuse for everything. They even refuse to fix things that do not work in the apartment such as hot water.. Do yourself a favor don’t move here
