November 28, 2025I enjoy living here. Great community, its clean, apartments are pretty nice. The only downsides are the location next to the highway and the design of the ceilings on the second floor. They are much higher than is necessary and it takes more energy to heat the apartment. September 25, 2025Overall, I have really enjoyed my time at Keeneland Crest. The front office staff are nice, we have a lakeview apartment, plenty of space, and it fits most of our needs. The 2 complaints I have are that maintenance does not always fix the things they say they do, we have had multiple issues with things that have slowly gotten fixed as we've made more and more requests and spoken directly with office staff but we had to really push to get some things fixed. This and the fact that the tenants below ...us, at no fault to the apartment complex, consistently have screaming matches are why the experience has not been perfect but still good overall.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 10, 2025it is mostly good for the first year, but i’ve noticed after the first year things tend to break more easily, and it takes a very long time for them to get fixed and have them come out here. other than that it’s a pretty friendly neighborhood and nice place to beReview from Apartments.com

August 29, 2025Overall it is a decent apartment community. They have been updating the apartments with wood laminate floors and new appliances. Office staff changed over the last couple years and it has been a plus. Current staff usually pretty easy to work with and they help out.Review from Apartments.com
