June 15, 2025Overall it’s a nice place to live. The maintenance crew are very nice and helpful and the staff are pleasant to speak with. Any kind of issue we’ve had has been taken care of fairly quickly.Review from Apartments.com

May 23, 2025There is not enough parking for the residents. The ladies in the office are nice. The assistant manager makes up rules/policies. There isn’t sufficient maintenance staff for the property. They will not replace appliances that don’t work.Review from Apartments.com

April 27, 2025The apartment itself has been a good fit for my family. The size is good. The doors are wide. The laundry in the unit is convenient. My first day in the apartment was less than impressive. The apartment had not been cleaned or vacuumed. There were places on the wall and front door that needed painted and repaired. The washer did not work and it took over 2 weeks to fix. Plus so much more. I had three pages of maintenance that needed completed and it took 3 months to repair. I still have ...difficulty with maintenance closing work orders with nothing being done. My bathtub floor had been painted and the paint flaked off 2 months ago. I still can’t use that bathroom due to paint chipping. It is still not fixed. Every day I walk into the common hallway there is a strong smell of weed. To end this on a positive note the complex is clean. The office staff has been stern but approachable.Property Manager Responded

April 25, 2025I’ve lived here for 3 years and have never seen so many property managers come and go in such a short time. The maintenance team does not care about you having working AC (mine has been out for nearly 2 months) I’ve been told to “open a door” or “go buy a fan” by the office staff. My dishwasher also has been broken for over a year now. Quite community and good neighbors, would be a great place to live if the office staff cared more about the residents living here.Review from Apartments.com
