August 18, 2025This apartment has the potential to be great thanks to the looks of the inside BUT it’s impossible to get into contact with the office. Emails are ignored, calls are ignored and even work orders. Move in was a nightmare! Wasn’t even cleaned, dead bugs, live roaches, AC can’t get below 75 and stays running, broken fan pulls still not fixed and the there’s a leak since move in in our master closet. Whole carpet stays wet. Moved in on the 31st of July, it’s August 18th and still nothing resolved ...and or fixed. Only thing was pest control coming once to help with the roach problem. So far I’m annoyed and want to leave already.Property Manager Responded

Wish we had more amenities is for the price pay but other than that people are quiet friendly office is nice but I really do wish we had like a clubhouse lot of apartments in the area. Have game houses where there’s like an Internet you can use pool tables. I wish we had something like that or we had a pickle ball court.Property Manager Responded

May 12, 2025I have lived here 10 years now and still going. It’s a nice quiet community and has all I need. It’s just a hop, skip and a jump to restaurants , shops and grocery stores. That’s why I’ve been a long time resident. It’s perfect for me.Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2024Been great while I’ve been here most everyone here is nice and the community isn’t that noisy which is nice. Wish we had more Amenities or if the gym was a little better but I also understand people break things.Property Manager Responded

August 5, 2024These are older apartments so they may not have everything you would like. I have been in the complex (in multiple apartments) for 17 years now. Went through different management. Some great and some not so great. The current management is great in my opinion. What has kept me here is location and the neighborhood. It's nice and quite.Property Manager Responded
