BUG INFESTATION/ TERRIBLE management
August 7, 2022Do NOT move here. I’m the the year I’ve been stuck here due to to how hard it is to find a place in FL right now. The management is beyond poor and rude. They are never prompt to resolve any thing. My home has become infested with bugs from the community. My Alexa device had cockroaches swarming out of it which was replaced by the property management as they ensured me they would take care of the issue. Now we have SPIDERS and brown recluses coming quite Literally out of our walls and the only ...thing they want to do to fix this is let me out of my lease with no fines. Lol complete joke. My dresser. My bed. My daughters Nintendo switch gaming system ALL infested. I constantly am seeing roaches even in clothes in my dresser. TRULY DISGUSTING please save yourself the headache and money and RUN from these apartments!Property Manager Responded

Friendly Staff, Nice Units
September 29, 2017We toured the 3 bedroom units here, and though they were very nice, featuring upgraded appliances and floors, for the price and location, the property has some major needs for improvements to the amenities- the play area is pretty neglected, the gym is outdated, but the pool is gorgeous. Loved the fact that there was a dog park but also noticed people walking their animals outside around the units. This is a great community for singles or busy professionals, but I noticed the surrounding schools ...aren't very good for those with kids. The staff was friendly, the office manager was knowledgeable and seemed to take pride in her property and offered refreshments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Good Living
August 11, 2015My Thoughts: I've lived here for almost a year and I feel pretty good here. There are a few things that don't make this place perfect, but not unlivable. The inside of the apartments are clean but some things have a little rust like the closet doors and water heater. Also the bathroom doors in my apartment are reversed and open into the bedrooms and hallway. The paint job on everything seems like it was done with one fast coat right before I moved in. The kitchen is nice with dishwasher, stove, ...microwave, and refrigerator. That being said a few cabinet shelves were missing in my apartment and there is not a lot of counter space for me. The high speed internet is only Bright House and its not the worst or the best. The parking is okay, but some of the spots look like they have craters underneath the cars. The trash compactor that everyone is suppose to through their trash into is filthy and looks like someone should take a hose to it at least once a week. My neighbors upstairs run around sometimes and it causes a lot of noise in my apartment, but its not horrible just occasional. My next door neighbor is very quiet and I have never heard him once. I play video games, music, and watch movies at a decently loud volume and I've never heard any complaints from anyone so far. The staff here are very nice and friendly, I've never had any problem with them. If I get a package and I miss it I usually leave a note for UPS to drop it off at the office and its always there waiting for me when I get home. The grounds are kept nice and green all year long and its always beautiful to step outside in the morning and just take in the sunrise. I've not used the pool or the fitness room, but I do see people always heading to both everyday so I am sure they are good as well. At night the place gets pretty dark and the lights poles don't cover everything to well, but there is security that drives around and a few police cars that come and park for an hour or two. The fence in the back behind the playground and dog park is said to have an opening and I have seen one or two people around midnight or later come strolling through from there. In conclusion Kendall Ridge is a good place to live with a lot to offer and a more family oriented feeling.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
