October 31, 2023There are people who smoke marijuana/smoke/vape, and smoke drugs inside the apartment. It's an ongoing problem for years despite daily emails to management; they know it's going on, but do little to make it permanently stop. The water doesn't drain off the porch on the 2nd floor of the unit we live on when it rains. There also has been a problem on the property with rats which has gotten better, but that was a nightmare. Maintenance requests are not done or rarely completed. Windows are only ...on 1 side of the unit and it gets hot. The air flow is poor in the apartment as well. It's not a good design. It's easy to hear neighbors as well. I know the manager does some things to help, but the company overall is poor at handling the issue of smoking/vaping/smoking marijuana inside the apartment complex (indoors) and maintenance requests are often not addressed.Property Manager Responded

November 10, 2022Probably the worst apartment complex in Bellevue, if not the greater area. Outdated units with poorly done renovations, large structural projects that remain unfinished for 6 months, 4 years of continuous rat infestation, large amounts of uncontrolled moisture resulting in mold/mildew, package theft and frequent police presence.Review from Apartments.com

I can't be in my house without a fear of a cockroach popping out despite the fact that I've had maintenance out twice. If you just need a place to crash after a long day working for Microsoft, and only a short walk away from major malls / shopping centers; then this place is fine. If you want somewhere clean, well staffed, with good amentias like a fitness center; find somewhere else.
