A great place to live for all ages
April 1, 2019I've lived here for 7 years. This is a conveniently located, diverse community with people of all ages from babies to seniors. Mature trees, a good-sized pool and workout room and spacious apartments with big windows. Debbie, the manager, is a true professional, and she is always friendly and quick to respond to any concerns. Do not rent here!!! Lacks basic necessities!!
April 10, 2018I have been living at kendallwood since October last year. The apartment is spacious but has got problems. First, we hardly get hot water for shower in the morning. Warm water comes for 1 min and then starts going cold. It's been a torture in this winter to get ready for work. I complained many times but nothing has changed. I saw that 4 heaters are shared between 8 apartments in one building. The leasing office ladies who also live in this community told me that they also face the same issue in ...the mornings. Reason given- because all the people are taking shower around that time. So, I think they meant you have to deal with it and they cannot fix it. Looks like those 4 heaters are not enough for the number of people living there. And they don't want to fix this issue for sure. Moreover, my heating bills were too high because the rooms don't get enough heat. We kept the thermostat at 70 or 72 most of this winter. We are paying rent here and we don't get these basic things. The other problem is the washer/dryer. One washer/dryer shared between 8 apartments and must be used till 9 pm only. That's manageable but people put their clothes in there and don't take out as soon as it's done and thus makes us wait unnecessarily. Thinking to move out at the end of my lease. Whoever is interested in this place, save yourself all these troubles and look for other rental apartments!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place if you're just looking for a place to sleep
October 3, 2017While my neighbors are sometimes quiet, the cars that zip through this area are loud and annoying. Children run and scream past my apartment and bang on the window at my cats even after i've told their parents to make them stop. The work out room always smells like BO if you go in in the afternoon. Thank God planet fitness is down the street. Only reason i stay here is because it's what i can afford right now.Review from Apartments.com
