Limited parking
March 24, 2024We lived there from 2021-2022. We only lived a year. We wanted to extend our lease but unfortunately new neighbors had police situation problems. Also, parking space is limited. I parked at the wrong space one night and had my car towed. People are vicious with their parking space. Extra parking space is $50 probably more after inflation. Also, not a lot of grass area for your dogs to do their duty.Property Manager Responded

Extremely over priced
November 20, 2017Many extra fees. Not enough parking spaces even though they charge for both car port spaces and community parking. I have to park across the street at the grocery store parking lot where I received a parking ticket this morning, so inconvenient. Storage areas are unmaintained and leak ruining anything you plan on storing there. Walls and Windows are really thin and do not keep out any noise. My stay here has gone down hill, beware.Review from Apartments.com

Smells
August 6, 2017Smells very bad. No parking. Broken Stairs. The best thing about it. It has A washer and dryer in apt. But it makes your clothes smell like raw Sewage. Yikes.Review from Apartments.com
Not Exciting or boring
August 13, 2015This apartment has its great amenities like being close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The area is relatively safe and you shouldn't be worried about around at night. The downside is the apartment is old and things break easily. I've had maintenance out here numerous times in the past couple months.Review from Apartments.com
Kendallwood Apartments in Whittier, CA
July 27, 2015We lost our home to foreclosure in 2010 and it was difficult to transition from a house to an apartment until we found the Kendallwood Apartments. They are pet friendly which is great for the four-legged members of our family. We have the convenience of a washer and dryer in the apartment aside from a clean and well kept laundry room. There is a pool, jacuzzi and a work out room. It is also located in a prime area in front of a library, elementary school and catholic church. The Whittwood ...Mall is located in front within walking distance to shops, restaurants and a Von's. The management/maintenance team is courteous and always helpful.
