Love this apartment. The amenities are so convenient and amazing! The studio rooms are perfect for one person with lots of storage. It’s also super easy and they respond fast when maintenance requests are submitted.

Living at Kenect has been mostly pleasant. The unit is in good condition, the location is convenient, and generally the community is nice. I would say there needs to be improvement in some areas like the communication. I recently was charged incorrectly for parking and it was difficult to work with the third party company and the leasing office to get a refund. I would also say that while the repair requests are speedy their quality control needs to be improved upon. I also don't love the fact ...

Overall, Kenect is a great place to live. I especially enjoy the coworking space for socializing and gaming. The "Monday Munchies" and food events are fantastic. As a graduate student, free food and community connection are huge stress-relievers. The staff is very friendly! Suggestions for Improvement: Trash Chute: The chute is frequently unavailable, leading to trash piling up. A real-time app notification or status indicator when it is open would prevent unnecessary trips and hallway ...

Policy Enforcement: Stricter enforcement of the no-smoking policy is needed to address frequent marijuana smoke. Staffing/Packages: High staff turnover makes it difficult to build rapport. Great location and friendly staff. Very walkable to grocery store, Vanderbilt campus, the Gulch, and of course all that Midtown has to offer. I also really enjoy the 3 bedroom share option which is pretty unique for the area.

I’ve had a great experience living at Kenect. The location is excellent, the building is modern and clean, and the amenities are really nice. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever needed, which makes a big difference. The community atmosphere is also great and makes the building feel welcoming.
