May 6, 2026Living at Kenect has been mostly pleasant. The unit is in good condition, the location is convenient, and generally the community is nice. I would say there needs to be improvement in some areas like the communication. I recently was charged incorrectly for parking and it was difficult to work with the third party company and the leasing office to get a refund. I would also say that while the repair requests are speedy their quality control needs to be improved upon. I also don't love the fact ...that people can stay there through Airbnb- I think it devalues the property. Lastly I think there needs to be improvement on the cleanliness in communal areas.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 10, 2026Overall, Kenect is a great place to live. I especially enjoy the coworking space for socializing and gaming. The "Monday Munchies" and food events are fantastic. As a graduate student, free food and community connection are huge stress-relievers. The staff is very friendly! Suggestions for Improvement: Trash Chute: The chute is frequently unavailable, leading to trash piling up. A real-time app notification or status indicator when it is open would prevent unnecessary trips and hallway ...mess. Window Screens: Please install bug screens so we can enjoy fresh air without insects entering. Policy Enforcement: Stricter enforcement of the no-smoking policy is needed to address frequent marijuana smoke. Staffing/Packages: High staff turnover makes it difficult to build rapport. Additionally, staff breaks often occur at unpredictable times. It would be helpful to have an online schedule, email alerts for staff absences, or an automated way to retrieve packages when the desk is empty.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 8, 2026This is a fantastic place to live. The community is well maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. February 3, 2026Great location and friendly staff. Very walkable to grocery store, Vanderbilt campus, the Gulch, and of course all that Midtown has to offer. I also really enjoy the 3 bedroom share option which is pretty unique for the area.Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2026I’ve had a great experience living at Kenect. The location is excellent, the building is modern and clean, and the amenities are really nice. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever needed, which makes a big difference. The community atmosphere is also great and makes the building feel welcoming. December 28, 2025I’ve enjoyed living here overall. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference in day-to-day life. The amenities are well-maintained and the community events they organize are a nice as well. The gym equipment is functional but showing its age and could use some updates. Also, nearby bars can get loud on weekends, especially the unit faces that side. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I’d recommend it to others looking in the area.Review from Apartments.com

December 11, 2025Mostly good. Hard time sometimes getting in touch with office and getting issues resolved, elevators can be a little slow. Disappointed the coffee shop closed.Property Manager Responded
