Very Helpful
July 2, 2025When I moved in Kyla was very friendly and helpful! Since being here I have had a few maintenance issues but Don from maintenance as well as those in the leasing office have always been very helpful. They are flexible and always try to help out where they can. I am watching my mom's dog for a month but on my lease it is set for no pets and Margo from the leasing office has been more than helpful with setting up an addendum for the lease so that I can watch him for the month and remove it once the ...month is over! They also have many free community events such as food trucks! I have really enjoyed living here.Property Manager Responded

AWFUL MANAGEMENT & APARTMENTS
June 5, 2020Honestly wish I had listen to these reviews before signing here. 1) The Owner David is Great! But the individuals who work in the leasing office are awful. Worst management I have ever seen. They are rude, unorganized and even undermined my lease and the law. Shae’da in the front office had rolled her eyes and even gave out residents information to me which was irrelevant to the topic of conversation we were having but made me feel like my information isn't safe. 2) The walls in my apartment are ...paper thin. Don't come here is you value privacy
December 14, 2018The walls are paper thin, you will be able to clearly hear your neighbors conversations,television, and intimate moments. If you are unfortunate enough to have someone living above you then you will never have peace and quiet. You will be able to every single step they take through the paper thin floors. To top it all off there has been a constant rodent problem, the locks are terribly unsafe, and the poorly insulated doors bring in a horrible draft. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!Property Manager Responded

The apartments dont even look like this pictyr
October 22, 2018Terrible. Bugs. Dirty. Office staff is a bunch of rude kids. Maintenance will randomly walk in your door early in the morning after knocking twice. Then don't even fix or do anything. Walls are paper thin. Horrid.Review from Apartments.com
Very Good Place to live
July 30, 2015It is a very beautiful place to live in Towson. Right next to the highway and five minutes (literally) away from EVERYTHING by car. Not recommended if you do not have one unless you are a TU student. Nice spacious open floor apartments ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms. Rent is moderate considering the area is pricey (around $1,100 for one bedroom). PROS: pet friendly, beautiful green areas, VERY SAFE, pool, nice apartments, good management team. clean. TU shuttle stop. CONS: sometimes noisy, ...eventually broken glass or beer cans outside, no gym, no locks at front door (not really needed though), parking during school season, visitor parking.
