Not worth the price.

Lynn is the only person in the office who knows what she’s doing. If you talk to anyone else who works there, you won’t get a straight answer. These apartments are in a sketchy area and are across from a waste management facility, so it stinks all the time. For what they are trying to charge, you are better off finding an apartment in Fredrick.

We wished we never moved here

First off the lease was deceptive about the renewal and the manager told us that at the end we would be on month to month. A lot of bad activity from neighbors in our building and the management would not take any action. Most people who were in our building before we moved in moved out because of these tenants and some new tenants broke their lease just to get away from the place.

I despise living here…

So many things… The condition of the unit itself. The constant repairs. Maintenance constantly letting themselves into my apartment without any prior notice for non-emergency issues. The pesticides they apply to the grass that quite literally makes my dog’s hair fall out. The lack of proper snow/ice removal in the winter. The lack of attention to detail from the management staff… I could go on but it’s a waste of my time. Don’t fall for this money trap. It isn’t worth the price tag.

Great place to live! Management is always available and maintenance is very prompt. I love the people who work here and the price is awesome for the space you get. The only reason I moved out is because I needed a 3 bedroom. Really wish they had that here because I would love to stay.

This is my 1st apartment, and I must say I couldn't pick a better place. The office staff is understanding and works with you. I've only had one maintenance since I've moved in and that was about 7 months ago. I will be planning to renew my lease!!
