Decent Living
September 1, 2016I've lived here for nearly a year now and I don't have many complaints. The complex is right across the street from Wal-Mart, they built a Aldi's within a five minute walk. Two gas stations are also within walking distance, once again litterally across the street. The maintenance crew Rogelio and Alex keeps the place looking great and have gotten to all my service requests within a timely manner. There are no real problems with noise since we have a police officer living on site now. Laundry room ...is always clean and has a pin pad lock so I don't really worry about people breaking in and messing with my clothea. Pool is clean and fun to swim in, and the little sit down pool is nice. I live in a unit overlooking the pool area as well, I seldom notice if people are swimming, unless it's screeching children during the day, but I love that they can play and have fun. Electric bill for my two bedroom, two bath does not run ridiculously high, I had at the peak of summer 120$ bill for running my ac 24/7, and dropped to 70$ now in August. Water/sewage/trash is combined and regulated, 65$ a month for two adults. The manager Perla is amazing, she is very sweet but also very serious and isn't afraid to take on challenges head on or get that last minute work order in. She cares about her tenants, and gets to know them. You will not find a better or fairer manager at any other property. Property maintenance is key here, it's every other week I'm seeing a crew outside cutting shrubs and mowing down grass, blowing away leaves. It's a very clean property. The only cons of living here are few, miniscule, and often taken care of as soon as a complaint is entered. You won't regret living here!Property Manager Responded
