June 18, 2024Thank God I did not focus on the opinions people had about Kensington. My family and I have lived here for 3 years. Any issues I've come across in my apartment maintenance have fixed the issues with no delays. Every month there are activites for your family that my children enjoy and look forward to. June 16, 2024The complex is very quiet, the social areas remain clean, the administration is organized. The secretary is very kind, efficient and objective, she's committed to her work, making it easier for the residents of the complex to manage requests promptly. We are very grateful to live in Kensington. They're old apartments and there're details of the apartments that require remodeling, however, they're issues that each resident lovingly adapts to the space.Review from Apartments.com
