The complex is very quiet, the social areas remain clean, the administration is organized. The secretary is very kind, efficient and objective, she's committed to her work, making it easier for the residents of the complex to manage requests promptly. We are very grateful to live in Kensington.
They're old apartments and there're details of the apartments that require remodeling, however, they're issues that each resident lovingly adapts to the space.
