We just got a new property manager. This property is absolutely filthy. There’s constantly kids running around breaking into the mailboxes stealing peoples mail. There’s trash everywhere all over the ground piled up outside the trash bins. It smells so bad. They’re stray cats everywhere pissing and nobody seems to care all they care about. Is you paying your rent on time? They don’t wanna fix nothing but they’ll quick to put an eviction notice on your door or send an email about late rent, but ...

I have made Kensington my home for many, many years. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and I have so enjoyed living here. I see several bad reviews and have no idea why someone would give this place a bad review, unless they are just an unhappy person in general. There was recently a change in management but I believe this change is a very positive one. I have not so far had any issues with work orders. I have put in 2 and they were resolved immediately. The property is covered with garbage. Maintenance is non-existent. Management ignores any and every request for anything. They blame their problems on everyone else and take no responsibility. I've lived here going on two years now and was worried when new management took over because it's usually a bad sign. Thankfully, office staff is fantastic. I've never had any issues with them closing early or opening late whenever I've stopped by but I did try to call and the phones were apparently down. I emailed and they responded super fast. Management refuses to give any sort of corporate phone number, the phones in the office are always “down”, claim hours are 8-530 but don’t be fooled, they will never get there prior to 9 and will never be there later than 4. Maintenance requests are a joke to them and any mention of things that need fixing will result in curt, snippy responses that end with them telling you to “Have a nice day” until you leave. Air conditioning has been down for 3 WEEKS and they couldn’t care less. Absolute awful ...

Hello, The phones were down last Monday through last Thursday. Thursday was the quickest we were able to have a technician come out, we unfortunately have no control over that, our email was provided to all residents when we first took over the property on 3/21/22 so in the case that the phones ever go down again, please feel free to send us an email. Office staff comes in around 7:15 AM Monday-Friday and never leave before 4:30PM. Our new maintenance team is working around the clock to take care of all work orders that were not repaired properly before our company took over. We are diligently working on everyone's repairs.

Recently sold and the new management does not care about the residents at all. The office staff is never available, they stopped receiving packages at the office, and maintenance has become sketchy as well. Several packages have been stolen from residents door steps due to this. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way about our community. We temporarily stopped accepting packages due to working on getting package parcels set up, once we realized that it would take longer than expected, we began accepting packages in the office again. New management took over Kensington 3/21/22 so any increase that happened prior to March, was not our company, we have not owned the property anywhere close to a year. Also, we have a brand-new maintenance team, the prior team was employed by former management and are no longer employed by Kensington Apartments.
