Renting in Ohio
August 6, 2015Renting in Ohio is a bit tough, because many people have ridiculously upped rent in hopes for people working in the oil and gas fields will rent their place. As a family of five not working in that field I don't have the $2000 plus to pay for rent a month. There are some good places, it just takes some looking around. We moved into Kensington Greene a little over a year ago and I can say that this is a good place to rent especially for families. Rent is reasonable, you are renting a house rather ...than just a few rooms so it ends up being pretty spacious. There are about 40 homes ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms so there is more to choose from. Staff is small but they do their best to help, maintenance is done in a timely manner usually within two days. Only complaints are that some of the children can be a handful, and there isn't a good playground on site for children to use, but a few around town within a few miles.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
