The worst apartment ever
August 24, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comVery poor management and horrible maintenance. Elevators were out of order most of the time. No assigned parking and so many working trucks in there and sometimes it was hard to find a space! Noisy neighbors. And so many other issues. December 22, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living here at the Kensington House for about 10 years. The management is awesome!! The manager is the best. She takes maintenance request as soon as she gets them. Maintenance responds very quickly. The porter cleans the building daily. I feel the Kensington House is very quiet and safe. If it was left up to me I wouldn't choose any other place to live.Property Manager Responded

August 3, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThere are frequent problems with mold, plumbing, electricity, elevators, air conditioning, trash removal and overall maintenance. The stairways frequently smell like urine and some residents leave trash in the elevators, hallways and stairs. The building is also very close to a train.Property Manager Responded
