KP management is exceptionally communicative.
Pools could use more cleaning in the summertime.
Gate is broken for months on end, all while I’m paying to live in a gated community.

Good place to live! Sunny, quiet, and surprisingly homey, this apartment has been one of the easiest places I’ve ever settled into. From the first day, it felt less like “a unit” and more like a place with an actual personality. The living room gets gorgeous natural light in the morning, and the windows are big enough that plants actually thrive here. Even on rainy days, it never feels gloomy—just cozy.

Staff is always great and understanding. I would say in the past 6 years of living in different apartments, the office staff here excels in their work, communication, and compassion. Other apartments I have lived in, staff have been so rude & passive aggressive.

I really like the community. It’s nice and quiet. Very secure and all my neighbors have been super friendly. I really like that it’s gated and has security patrols throughout the day and night. Make sure you pay extra and get your own parking space. Parking here is a nightmare.
