The apartment complex is very nice! It is a quiet community. The apartments are spacious and amenities are a huge plus. Would recommend to people looking for a nice gated community outside of downtown.

We love the neighbors and my kids love the school they go to. Also the pools are always fun for the kids. We have lived here for a year and we don't have any complaints. The office has friendly staff and always willing to answer any questions we have. Maintenance is always kind and will get the job done as soon as they can.

Great apartment with good amenities. Not always the safest place due to multiple police visits. Dog poop is always a problem. Staff is nice and maintenance is quick to respond. And apartment is sizable with an ok price.

Is nice I like the pool. The place is safe and quiet. I like swimming and enjoying the nice weather when I can get. Can’t wait to use all the amenities that the place provides. Jacuzzi is one of my favorite things to relax in.

This complex is clean and well maintained. The staff in the office and maintenance are always friendly and easy to talk to. Only downside is the dogs I hear all times of day and night that live above me.

Have loved my time here at Kensington! Everyone in the office and maintenance is friendly and helpful. We had a small bill when we moved in, but it was taken care of quickly and efficiently

It’s a safe apartment complex very clean and quite a great place to raise a family. And is close to everything. I love how they allow animals. Wish they had a different play area off leash.
