Horrible Experience
May 12, 2022Great location in town, neighbors are loud and selfish with loud music, loud tv volume, and kids running up and down the apartment and the hallways. Walls are the thinnest walls I've ever dealt with too. Absolute nightmare.Property Manager Responded

Possibly the very best in Forks
March 11, 2016It was really a nice peaceful and relaxing place to live. With the underground parking and hot tub/sauna and the exercise room and the children's playroom on third floor. The sauna room is rarely if ever "out of service" which is much better than many other apartments in Grand Forks that have hot tub/sauna rooms. Having an elevator in the apartment is also very convenient for groceries and/or moving in and out. Also the laundry room is massive with 10 washers and 10 dryers so you will never ...have a shortage of not being able to do your laundry. Apartments themselves are spacious and nice/homey. Many times friends would come over and comment how nice it is. The management has always been very friendly with any concern or issue. They never badger or bother you. Really keep you to your privacy very often. The property managers are friendly and helpful if you need anything. Maintenance requests were done quickly and with no issues. I lived here for almost 2 years. For the location and all the amenities you get it really is quite the bargain especially compared to other places in forks. I'm moving out and very far away from the Grand Forks area, but if I ever return this will certainly be my top option right away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
