Upstairs noise and poor management
August 14, 2022The apartment floors are made of relatively poor quality wood, so upstairs noise is easily disturbing residents living in units below. We live on 2nd floor, and we have a rude upstairs neighbor on the 3rd floor, who likes to walk heavily within the unit creating a lot of noises. He likes to do this at very late hours and very early hours of the day, which seriously affected our sleep and daily lives. There is no improvement after repeated complaints. The leasing office staff is also slow and ...not very helpful improve this issue. Overall, we do not recommend this apartment because of poor structure quality and staff not acting in a helpful way in attending to residents' needs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
