One of the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. We where told we would have central air, but my air was out multiple times every week leaving my house at 84 degrees and higher every week. Maintenance came multiple times a week claiming to fix it but it still wouldn’t work after nearly a month of it not working it finally works but because of that my electric bill is over $270 since they couldn’t fix it correct the first time. Management won’t do anything about it even though the air conditioning
...unit is out dated and if they would have fixed it the right way the first time or replaced it I wouldn’t have gone through those issues. The apartments are very outdated the floors aren’t leveled and when you walk on it it’s like they have dents in the floor that they used carpet to cover up, you can see water damage in the ceiling. If you can find better please do because this place is not worth the price especially for how outdated it is and the recent car break ins and gunshots outside this summer the area ain’t worth it either. I’ve only been here 2 months and regret signing that lease cuz I don’t see it getting any better.
