Ridiculous process

They do not like too many questions being ask.
March 28, 2024if you call and have more then 3 questions they will get an attitude with you. They are not informative and every time you ask a question their response is trying to get you to come in for an appointment. They don't want to inform you where the units are that are available. If I am disable certain units will not work and do not want to come in and waste nobody time looking at something that is not disable friendly. it seem like they just getting you in and do not care about your concerns and ...possible disability.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
roaches
January 20, 2024I’ve been living here for 3 years now. Last summer of 2023 I started to see roaches. No roaches until a new tenant came. I understand that’s not their fault but they still have to do something about it before it gets out of hand. I told them multiple times about this issue and they don’t do anything. My neighbors have trash sitting on her patio. It’s unsanitary and looks disgraceful. I told them about it and no changes. It’s just time for me to go. Find somewhere better
February 22, 2023No matter how “enjoyable” it may look it’s not what it seems. It’s not worth the price. The “remodeled” version they are trying to sell is trash. The staff don’t care about anything except getting the rent. I hope nothing breaks because it’s a hassle getting things “fixed” or replaced. They could really care less about anything going on around this complex and to be honest it’s probably only safer due to it being right. Across the way from the police station. The location may be the only plus as ...it’s close to lots of things but outside of that pass.Property Manager Responded

Enjoyable
February 15, 2023Although the buildings are a bit outdated on the outside, the insides are spacious! Maintenance comes within 24-48 hours whenever I've put a request. All the ladies in the office is attentive, calls are always answered, honestly its a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

Management doesn’t care not worth it
July 11, 2022One of the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. We where told we would have central air, but my air was out multiple times every week leaving my house at 84 degrees and higher every week. Maintenance came multiple times a week claiming to fix it but it still wouldn’t work after nearly a month of it not working it finally works but because of that my electric bill is over $270 since they couldn’t fix it correct the first time. Management won’t do anything about it even though the air conditioning ...unit is out dated and if they would have fixed it the right way the first time or replaced it I wouldn’t have gone through those issues. The apartments are very outdated the floors aren’t leveled and when you walk on it it’s like they have dents in the floor that they used carpet to cover up, you can see water damage in the ceiling. If you can find better please do because this place is not worth the price especially for how outdated it is and the recent car break ins and gunshots outside this summer the area ain’t worth it either. I’ve only been here 2 months and regret signing that lease cuz I don’t see it getting any better.Property Manager Responded

Highly Recommend
October 14, 2021I was a previous tenant w/ Kensington Apts. for three years and my stay there was superb! Maintenance was always prompt on fixing things when called and Bethany (the leasing manager) was always very nice and helpful. Any issues I had she worked them out with me. The absolute worst.
September 21, 2021Literally the worst place I had ever lived. Once the new management company took over, everything went down hill. Especially when the got the new manager and asst. Manager. And the pictures with furniture, it's all fake. The inside looks absolutely nothing like it. Do not rent here. Only putting one star because I can't out 0.Property Manager Responded

No AC FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT
May 26, 2021My air condition always goes out when it gets hot, every year in my apartment. Recently it went out & I have been with out air in 90 degree weather for a week now ..with my infant child running a fever. This is ridiculous.Property Manager Responded

great place to live
December 21, 2020i normally don’t write reviews but i feel like it is important for ppl to know how great this community is. this is my second year here and i love it. Everyone is nice and respectful. Hardly ever any noise. It’s is a pet community and plenty of walkers and bikers in the morning and sometimes in the evening. There is a nearby park within walking distance. i take my son there almost every other day when it’s warmer out. i literally love it her. The leasing office is helpful and understanding. i’ve ...only had to call maintenance a couple of times and whenever i did they were quick and efficient, very nice people. I have not gotten any bad vibes since i’ve been here!!!Property Manager Responded
