Ground Unit Resident – Ongoing Noise, No Support
October 19, 2025I don’t usually write reviews, but I wish someone had written something like this before I signed a lease here. I live in a ground-floor unit, and the noise from the apartment above has been constant and disruptive. I’ve tried everything — knocking on the ceiling, contacting management — but nothing has helped. IRT Living has been slow to respond, and the lack of follow-through has made the situation worse. If you’re considering a ground unit here, be aware that noise from above can seriously ...affect your peace of mind — and management may not step in when you need them to. t’s gotten to the point where I can’t even have guests stay for more than a short visit — it’s simply too much to handle.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
