Tired condition. Not sound proofed. Close to Downtown
March 3, 2021Place is old and not well maintained. Moved here because it was walking distance to downtown and train station. However, not weather proof, no adequate heating in main room, sound insulation is poor: You can hear your neighbors’ shower running, toilet flush day and night, foot traffic and their entertainment. Think of this place more like a motel en route to your destination.Review from Apartments.com
