March 15, 2018I moved into a one-bedroom here last year and have been very happy. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the property itself is well-maintained. Had a plumbing issue that was fixed promptly and my apartment hasn't had any issues since. Overall my experience at Kent Farm has been a positive one!Review from Apartments.com

August 6, 2017Heritage at Kent Farms is under new horrible management everyone will smile in your face and ensure everything will be great the minute you sign your lease it all goes out the window! Beautiful neighborhood ok townhouses bathroom needs updating but all of that is manageable how the property manager views things and how they handle issues is not okay ! You have been fair warned !! Huge plumbing issues they love towing people's cars for no reason the 24 hour maintenance man has a horrible attitude ...especially if he has to come fix something on weekends you'll hear how he's not paid enough i was warned and thought hey I don't complain much or wasn't picky but I was in for a big shockRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
