Calm, quiet atmosphere

I love this apartment because not only is the neighborhood very friendly and quiet, but the inside is spacious, clean, and smells like oatmeal in the hallways, which is a bonus for me. The neighbors are kind and generous, and also the window view is leveled with the horizon and is immaculate for watching sunsets/sunrise.
