Bad Management
July 15, 2024This would be a great place to live if it weren't for the completely useless office staff and property manager. They do absolutely nothing to enforce the lease. People can break practically every rule destroying the peace in their neighbor's homes and all your cries for help will be ignored regardless of how much evidence you provide. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else to rent.Review from Apartments.com
Waste of time
June 6, 2024Scheduled a “tour” and received a confirmation. Went to the apartment complex to be told there are no physical tours, only “virtual” tours. Also told there was no availability for any of the 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms apartments for the foreseeable future. This listing should not be up as it’s not accurate.Review from Apartments.com

Awesome place to live
July 30, 2019I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and had family who lived here for some time now and this place has taken a major upgrade ever since Lauren became the property manager . It’s a pleasant place to live a bit expensive but it’s worth calling home ! Maintenance is great , the girls at the front desk are sweethearts ! & the neighbors are friendly :)Property Manager Responded

Kentwood Village
June 11, 2018I enjoy living within the complex. For the most part they are understanding and helpful. However, with that said, the lawn really should not be up to my knees. I feel like I can barely walk around outside. I already found 2 ticks on me. I called asking when they were coming to mow next and my answer was, "Oh I don't know when they come, maybe Saturday." That complex makes so much money, the grass should be cut weekly. The last time it was cut was over two weeks ago. They raised the rent but they ...can't have lawn service that comes weekly? ROACH INFESTED
January 29, 2018I called on Tuesday for seeing roaches and they said they had A LIST OF PEOPLE THE EXTERMINATOR HAD TO SEE, and i had to wait to see him until Friday. Friday came, the exterminator DID not. This morning I see a big roach. Call again and trying to get out of this lease. The don’t even take infestations seriously. It’s literally been ONE WEEK SINCE IVE CALLED and i have yet to see an exterminator. I have pictures as well. October 30, 2017I lived at Kentwood for the past year-and-a-half. Thank you too Kathy and all that work in the office for your assistance. I would especially like to thank Nelson and Tim two of the maintenance men who were very professional and assisted me anytime I asked I appreciate that very much. The pool was sparkling through the summer with awesome lifeguards and the grounds were kept very clean. I made some nice friends there that I hope will be in my life always.
